2018 Morris County Columbus Day Parade

Join us for Columbus Day Weekend 2018!

The Morris County Columbus Day Parade Awards Dinner will be held Friday, October 5th beginning at 7:00 at the Hanover Manor, 16 Eagle Rock Ave. East Hanover, NJ. Music will be provided by Epic Soul Band. Tickets for the event can be purchased for $100.00 by contacting John Alvino at 973-879-1044 or on Eventbrite.

The Morris County Columbus Day Parade will commence at 2:00 on Sunday, October 7th beginning at the East Hanover Fire Department and ending at Lurker Park on Ridgedale Ave. in East Hanover. At Lurker Park, the East Hanover Italian American Club will host a family fun day with a petting zoo, face painting, balloon art, bounce castle, wrecking ball and other attractions for children beginning at 3:00. There will also be food vendors as well as a live performance by the spectacular music group, Street Hassle.

Grand Marshal – Mayor Joseph Pannullo – Mayor of East Hanover

Man of the Year – Franco Porporino, Jr. – owner of Fresco da Franco Restaurant, radio host and executive producer

Woman of the Year – Rosanna Imbriano – marketing strategist and consultant, owner of R.I. Consulting of Cedar Grove

Entrepreneur of the Year – Marco Laracca, Esq. – criminal defense attorney with the firm of Bio & Laracca

Entertainer of the Year – Gregg Giannotti – teamed up with Boomer Esiason in January 2018 to form “Boomer & Gio,” WFAN’s morning show. Watch his interview talking about the parade on Hip New Jersey, a television show that airs on HometowneTV and NJ on Air!
